Can I sign in with Google or Apple?

Google, yes: Continue with Google is on the website and in both apps. Sign in with Apple is in the iPhone app. If you made your account with Apple and want to use the website too, give the same account a password and sign in with that.

Why does it say Set a password?

An account made with Google or Apple doesn't have a password. Try one on it and the link under the form changes to Set a password for this address, which emails you a link to choose one. Once you're signed in you can also set one in Account and privacy.

Yes. Changes show up on everyone's screen within moments. If you both change the same task, the most recent change stays, and nobody is asked to choose.

Why can't I change the categories on a shared plan?

Categories belong to whoever owns the plan, along with its filters, name and sharing. If you've been invited with Can edit, you can add, change, tick and remove tasks. Ask the owner to add the category you need. Can edit or can view.

Why can't I change anything?

Usually one of three things. You haven't confirmed your email address yet, and the screen will offer to send the link again. You've been given Can view rather than Can edit. Or nobody's subscribed to the plan yet, or its subscription has ended: subscribe and it's yours to change again. If it's somebody else's plan, that's its owner's to do.

Can I have more than one plan?

Yes. Tap your plan's name at the top, or open Your plans, and press Start another plan. Your first is called Your Cabana and you can rename any of them.

Do the people I share with have to pay?

Never. Your subscription covers everyone you share a plan with. People you share with.
